SWIMWEAR
duh.
It’s not a secret the best way to wear red in summer is with a red bikini or swimsuit. Plus, red is the best colour if you want to buy a bikini which is colourful but not too extravagant. Here I selected a few I liked the most from my favourite brands.

SUNNIES
my favourite
By now I guess you probably know I love sunglasses. I even made a post about the movies that made sunglasses iconic in collaboration with the beautiful brand Polette. If you would like to see some of my favourite sunnies, you can either check them out below or go to Polette.com.
DRESS
say yes to the dress
As you can see in literally every photo on the post, I love red dresses and the one in the photos is my absolute favourite. What’s so convenient about red dresses is that you can wear them both during the day and at night, depending on the occasion.

LIPSTICK
an easier option
I don’t usually talk about makeup on my blog simply because I don’t do makeup. I have tried for too many years – and I’m still trying – to get better at it but it just doesn’t really work for me. Anyway, one thing I know is that lipstick immediately elevates any outfit, making it perfect for summer. If you think lipstick might be the right way to wear red, you should definitely check out bareMinerals, one of the few brands of clean beauty, which does not use as many chemicals as most beauty brands.

BAG
to add a little bit of colour
Whether you are going to the beach or to a fancy restaurant, elevating a simple outfit with a red bag is an effortless but great option at the same time, especially if your look is overall quite basic.
SHOES
because they are never enough
It is obvious I won’t spend much time discussing why you should get more shoes since we all know they are always the right choice, especially if we are talking about a pair of red stilettos.
